To ensure your preferred time and service is available we do advise a booking is made in advance. Walk-ins are also welcome.
We kindly request that our clients arrive 10 minutes early for appointments to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, choose from the large range of colours and settle in. As a courtesy to all of our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
At Nail’d It we operate on a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy in order for us to accommodate the high demand of appointments. As a courtesy to our clients and nail technicians we ask that appointments made directly with Nail’d It are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to notify Nail’d It within this time will result in the loss of your appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a bundle item. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and being charged in full.
SEVEN DAY POLISH REPAIR AND AFTERCARE POLICY:
We hope that you are pleased with your manicure however; in the event that you do encounter any issues we operate on a seven day’s repair policy for all soft gel manicure services and three days on classic nail polish. Please report this to us including a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to carry out any chip repairs that we consider unreasonable free of charge for the effected nails within this time. After this period, there will be a charge for any repairs.
Please note that your nails are jewels not tools and with this in mind you must take care of them, the level of care you apply to looking after your nails hugely influences how long they will last you.
We kindly ask all clients to give us as much notice as possible if you are running late to your appointment to avoid any fees.
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way and things may happen causing you to be late, however this has a huge impact on the running of the salon and our other clients.
Nail’d It operates on a 10-minute discretion from your scheduled appointment time. After this time, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to honour your appointment. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.
Our bundle deals must be pre-paid in full at the time of purchase. The payment made for a bundle cannot be used for any other services or products. The Bundle must be redeemed at the salon at which it was purchased.
Bundles are for the named person only they are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. All treatment bundles must be redeemed within 8 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left unused after 8 months will be forfeited. Bundles sold on extra discounted rates will have a shorter expiry date of 5 months only. If your bundle has passed its expiry date it will not be extended.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS:
At Nail’d It we value our staff and see our team all as one big family. Our team is trained to the highest standard to act in a polite and professional manner towards our valued customers. We do not tolerate any form of rudeness or disrespect towards the Nail’d It team.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel that a customer is acting in this manner. Nail’d It reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY:
We Kindly ask our clients to look after their property while at Nail’d It salons as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended or damaged. Please be aware that we use chemicals and polishes inside the salons and you must take extra care of your belongings whilst with us.

Please note that we are cashless, this is because we take the safety and security of our staff and clients very seriously and to eliminate the risk of theft and improve the customer experience we are cashless.
